Carissimi partecipanti al Torneo ITF Nicola Pietrangeli’s Cup,
ho il piacere di darvi il benvenuto a nome di tutti i soci del Circolo Canottieri Roma. In questo difficile momento, che ci vede tutti coinvolti nell’affrontare la pandemia Covid 19, abbiamo comunque fortemente voluto aprire le porte allo sport, dando vita a questa prestigiosa competizione, alla quale parteciperanno oltre 120 tra giocatrici e giocatori provenienti da diversi Paesi. Come certamente saprete, l’organizzazione del torneo è basata sul rispetto del Protocollo dall’ITF e ciò comporta alcune necessarie restrizioni che impediranno ai partecipanti di usufruire di alcune strutture del Circolo. Questo ci dispiace, ma siamo certi che comprenderete che per evitare gli assembramenti è necessario ridurre drasticamente la frequentazione contemporanea delle persone negli stessi ambienti , sia interni che esterni , mantenendo le distanze sociali previste dalle autorità sanitarie. Per questo motivo abbiamo deciso di prevedere un accesso riservato ai partecipanti al Torneo ( Lungotevere Flaminio 41), che è diverso da quello principale, in modo da evitare code ed attese. Sarà creata una apposita reception dove vi verrà misurata la febbre e dove sarà possibile compilare l’apposito form di autocertificazione che avete ricevuto dall’ITF. Negli spazi adiacenti ai campi da tennis troverete inoltre le postazioni della direzione del Torneo. Una nostra hostess sarà dedicata a esaudire le vostre richieste di informazioni. Ribadiamo la necessità di venire già in tenuta sportiva e di limitare il più possibile i tempi di permanenza al Circolo compatibilmente agli orari di gioco e alla durata delle vostre partite. Nella speranza che il torneo riscuota il più ampio successo e che tutti possiate divertirvi, vi ringrazio anticipatamente per la vostra collaborazione e vi invio il più cordiale saluto.

Dear all attending the ITF Nicola Pietrangeli's Cup Tournament,
I am pleased to welcome you on behalf of Circolo Canottieri Roma’s members. Although at the moment we are experiencing a difficult time due to Covid 19 pandemic, we strongly wanted to organize this prestigious competition, where more than 120 international players will participate. As you certainly know, part of the organization of the tournament is based on compliance with protocol and rules imposed by the ITF which involves some necessary restrictions regarding the use of the Club facilities. We are sorry about that, but we are sure that you will understand the present need to reduce the simultaneous presence of people in the same internal and external environments while maintaining the social distances imposed at the moment by the government health authorities. For this reason we have decided to provide a dedicated access to the Club for all Tournament participants, ( Lungotevere Flaminio 41) which is different from the main one, in order to avoid queues and waiting at the Club entrance. A special reception will be organized to control body temperature and to fill the self-certification form provided by the ITF. In the Club areas closed to the tennis courts you will find the tournament staff and direction. We kindly remember all of you to access the Club already dressed in tennis clothes and to limit as much as possible the time spent at the Club compatibly with the playing times and the duration of your matches. With the hope that the tournament will have great success and can offer all a moment of fun and relax, I thank you in advance for your cooperation and send you my warmest greetings.
